R’damse Oogst at Motel Mozaïque

Last year I wrote about R’damse Oogst. (http://wp.me/punIp-bp)  The second edition of the one and only Rotterdam Harvest Festival will be held again this year in the third weekend of September. For those who can’t wait, they can visit a preview this weekend during the Motel Mozaïque Festival.

In the Schouwburgplein Plaza Mozaïque will rise. In the square, R’damse Oogst will present itself. There will be glass houses where visitors can spend the night. Also storytelling and a ‘farmers city disco’ will be organized. Edible green will grow and there will be grass in the square where the sheep of the city sheperd can walk and where they will be shaved. Visitors will be taught how to make ‘seedbombs’. These will cheer up the city long after the Festival has ended. And last but not least, there is a mobile brewery where beer is brewed from the Mauritssingel!
